Turmeric

curcuma longa

Turmeric has been used for nearly 4,000 years, dating to the Vedic culture in India. It has a spicy, warm, earthy aroma.  It has been used to aid digestive issues such as abdominal cramps, nausea and stomachaches. It helps with arthritis, rheumatism, fights depression and anxiety, and may help prevent seizures.  It supports neurological health and is protective of the brain, kidney and liver by limiting the damage from heavy metals, alcohol, drugs and radiation.
