ROMAN CHAMOMILE

With it’s sweet, slightly fruity aroma, roman chamomile has relaxing and calming properties.  It can bring a balance to the nervous, digestive and reproductive systems.  With it’s anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, it promotes healthy, smooth skin and can be used to fight acne, signs of aging and a variety of skin issues.  It has been used for centuries by mothers to calm children, reduce fevers, soothe nausea and stomach upset.  Its calming effects have been found to help with ADD and ADHD.  Roman chamomile is a natural therapy for anxiety and it promotes a restful sleep because of its relaxing properties.  It can even help with acid reflux. Also, addiction, muscle pain and when mixed with a carrier oil, it can be used for burns, sunburn, rashes and even muscle spasms.

Blends well with bergamot, clary sage, geranium, jasmine, lavender, rose, melaleuca and ylang-ylang.

Uses:

ADD/ADHD:  Diffuse during the day to promote relaxation.

Anxiety/Depression:  Diffuse during the day to promote relaxation. Place 3-4 drops on a cotton ball and inhale or inhale directly from the bottle.

Digestive issues:  Apply 3 drops directly to your abdomen.

Joint issues:  Apply directly to the affected area.

Skin issues:  Apply directly to the affected area.  Add 3-4 drops to your face wash.
