Helichrysum, with its fresh, soft, earthy but slightly sweet scent, has so many therapeutic properties it is a must-have for the medicine cabinet.  It has the ability to improve the complexion,  can help with skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis and wounds.  It also aids new cell growth as it helps heal. Helichrysum can be used to support the immune system and help fight allergies, infection, colds and flu.  It also helps reduce bloating and indigestion, and reduces bruising and swelling.  It has also been used for emotional healing.

Blends well with bergamot, clary sage, clove, cypress, frankincense, geranium, lavender, neroli, sandalwood, vetiver and citrus oils.

Uses:

Boost immune system: Diffuse 3 or 4 drops or rub a drop on each wrist and back of the neck.

Digestive issues: Rub 3-4 drops on the abdomen.

Emotional healing:  Diffuse 3 or 4 drops. Rub a drop on each wrist and back of the neck. Mix 8 drops with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and rub on the soles of your feet.

Immune health:  Diffuse 3 or 4 drops.  Mix 8 drops with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and rub on the sole of the feet.

Skin issues: Mix 5-6 drops with 1 teaspoon of a carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, etc.) massage lightly on the affected area.
