Hi! Thanks for stopping by. If you are reading this, then you must be wondering what my “I make healthy choices” blog will be about.

Well, I want to talk about all kinds of healthy choices we can make each and every day.
A few things we will discuss:

  • Essential oils (how can we use them for our health)
  • Exercise (regular, everyday exercise like walking 10 minutes not an hour weight lifting)
  • Leisure and recreation time
  • Life lessons
  • Relationships
  • Toxins – including toxic friends and family

Every day the choices we make can lead to happiness or anxiety. Sometimes we don’t really feel we have a choice to do certain things and we also know, by doing them, we will have stress and anxiety.  So how do we handle this? Is it ok to set boundaries? And is it ok to not be upset with yourself when you do?

As a woman in her mid-life years (if I live to be over 100) I want to help other women as we navigate life being healthy, mentally and physically. So take some time with me and let’s figure out what choices we can make to be the best we have ever been.
